For adult participants
I agree that my image and/or voice, captured in photographs or video materials made during “The Table that Unites” event (12 September 2026), may be used by Bloom The World Association in materials for promotion, communication, advertising, and event reporting (website, social media, press, printed or video materials, etc.), free of charge, for an unlimited duration. I understand that participation may also result in filming or distribution by third parties present, over whom Bloom The World Association has no right of limitation or control. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by emailing comunicare@masacareuneste.ro, which will only result in blurring and will not affect the lawfulness of use before withdrawal.
For children registered by a parent/guardian
As a parent/legal guardian, I agree that the image and/or voice of the child/children I am registering, captured in photographs or video materials made during “The Table that Unites” event (12 September 2026), may be used by Bloom The World Association in materials for promotion, communication, and event reporting (website, social media, press, printed or video materials, etc.), free of charge, for an unlimited duration. I understand that participation may also result in filming or distribution by third parties present, over whom Bloom The World Association has no right of limitation or control. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by emailing comunicare@masacareuneste.ro, without affecting the lawfulness of use before withdrawal.
Note
Checking these boxes is not mandatory for participation in the event, but those who appear in photos or video, through actual participation, confirm their tacit acceptance — each person’s seat is reserved according to their own registration request.
